
Often times we have found that for various reasons people have trouble making time to work hands on with one of our trainers. AAF designs plenty of programs for the client that is not able to work with a trainer one on one. These programs are still curtailed to the client based on stated goals. This is an affordable way to keep in shape and still be monitored by a trainer via the internet, phone, and regular meetings if possible. AAF and our clients have had great success working with clients on a strictly "program design" basis. We have clients from all over the country with different goals that we ship programs to regularly.
