AAF Fitness Training

Whether you are an ex-athlete, a gym regular, a weekend warrior, or completely new to any type of training, we at AAF will design an exercise program specifically for you and your goals. No matter what the goal is and who is setting it, it becomes AAF's priority to help you accomplish it! Each client is unique so each program designed is unique. We have a large arsenal of training techniques to make it fun for the client to get to where they want to be and to have as much fun as possible while doing it (yoga, boxing, kickboxing, hands on flexibility, cardiovascular training, resistance training, core based Pilates, etc.). When curtailing a program we take into account your goals, your abilities, your dietary needs, and your level commitment to ensure that we reach your goals as quickly as possible in the healthiest manner possible.
